Delivered and Set Up in Your Home

Your strength equipment arrives on our truck and gets assembled by our team on-site. We place it where you want it, level it, test every cable and pulley, and walk you through the full range of exercises before we leave.

Strength equipment is the heaviest gear we deliver. Power racks, functional trainers, and multi-station gyms often go into basements or converted garages, which means navigating steep stairs and tight doorways. Some pieces need to be bolted to the floor or wall, and ceiling height matters if you want a pull-up bar. Our team assesses all of this before delivery day so there are no surprises.

Delivery is priced per job based on equipment, distance, and setup complexity. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Over the last many years (20+?), I’ve purchased 6 pieces of gym-quality exercise equipment from the Workout Fitness Store, and each time the experience has been great! Really good people, zero pressure, owner in the store or nearby to make decisions, very fair prices for what you get, great setup and service, and they are very fair about allowing you to trade in earlier purchases or sell through them on consignment. Workout Fitness Store is the type of local business that it is a pleasure to support! I’ve never had a bad experience with them.

Common Questions About Strength

What strength equipment do I need for a home gym?

It depends on your goals and space. A functional trainer or multi-station gym covers most exercises in a small footprint. For a dedicated weight room, a rack, bench, barbell, and plates are the foundation. Talk to an expert and we'll help you plan it.

Can you assemble a power rack in my basement?

Yes. Our team regularly carries and assembles heavy equipment in basements, garages, and upstairs rooms. We'll assess the stairway and ceiling height before delivery day.

Do you sell individual dumbbells and plates?

Yes. We carry York Barbell and Body-Solid free weights, including Olympic plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. Call for current stock.

What's the difference between a functional trainer and a home gym?

A functional trainer uses adjustable cable pulleys for a wide range of exercises. A home gym typically has a fixed weight stack with guided stations. Both work well for home use. Ask our equipment experts which one fits your goals and space.
