Delivered and Set Up, Home or Facility
Stair climbers are standard equipment in commercial gyms and first responder fitness rooms, and we install them in both contexts across New England. Our team arrives on our truck, levels the machine, tests every program, and walks you through the controls before we leave.
Ceiling clearance is the biggest constraint for home installations. You need your height plus about 18 inches above the top step position, which rules out many basements and standard 8-foot ceilings. We confirm your space works before delivery day so there are no surprises when the machine arrives.
Delivery is priced per job based on equipment, distance, and setup complexity. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Over the last many years (20+?), I’ve purchased 6 pieces of gym-quality exercise equipment from the Workout Fitness Store, and each time the experience has been great! Really good people, zero pressure, owner in the store or nearby to make decisions, very fair prices for what you get, great setup and service, and they are very fair about allowing you to trade in earlier purchases or sell through them on consignment. Workout Fitness Store is the type of local business that it is a pleasure to support! I’ve never had a bad experience with them.

Plan Your Commercial ProjectCommon Questions About Climbers
How much ceiling height do I need for a stair climber?
You'll need your height plus about 18 inches above the top step position. For most people, that's around 8 to 9 feet of ceiling clearance. Our team will measure your space before delivery.
What's the difference between a StepMill and a stepper?
A StepMill has a revolving staircase (like an escalator going up). A stepper has two pedals that move up and down. The StepMill is a more intense workout. Ask our equipment experts which one matches your cardio goals.
Are stair climbers hard on your knees?
Stair climbing is easier on joints than running because you're stepping up without the impact of coming down. Most customers with mild knee concerns do well with stair climbers. Talk to an expert about your situation and we can recommend the right model.
